(“FEI” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ-FEIM), a leading provider of precision timing and frequency control products, is pleased to announce the receipt of two follow-on change orders with a combined value of approximately $4.75M for on-going work on the development and manufacture of a customized version of our high-precision airborne time, synchronization, and frequency distribution systems, with deliveries scheduled through 2027. Our airborne-rated systems provide the ability to operate in high-dynamic environments, and work with the latest Assured-Position, Navigation and Timing (A-PNT) and Alternative (Alt-PNT) avionics.
